There is so much anxiety in sending a book out to be printed. I wrote, and illustrated with watercolor, an inspirational/motivational book for women. My work is very much a part of who I am. I had to trust someone else to handle the final, and ultimately the most important, step in the process of actually creating my book.
After spending years in the planning and execution of my project, awaiting its arrival was agonizing. How it will look? Will the finished product truly reflect my intentions? Will the color printing accurately translate all I worked so hard to convey? Will the narrow font I selected look as I intended once it is on the page?
